Refund / Returns Policy

Unfortunately personalised items cannot be returned or refunded. Due to it being unsaleable. 

If you are unhappy with the outcome of your product, for example if it is cut wrong or the finish is not to your satisfaction then you are welcome to contact us directly either by phone or email with an explanation of your concerns. If we find that it is our error then we will issue a replacement. Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your item.
